We advise all clients & consultants to instruct us as soon as possible to avoid abortive design works later down the line. At The Swept Path, we have almost a decade of experience of auditing numerous masterplans, drive thrus', as well as having designed a countless number of access points for leading Architectural / Planning firms that are now built and you may very well have already travelled along. We offer a complete review of a masterplan against the prevailing Local Authority Design Standards, to ensure the relevant design standards have been applied, together with the provision of technical drawings, as well as a comprehensive technical summary of our findings.
